"I started with Cindy not knowing exactly how life coaching works but believed that it offers a potential solution to an area I have been working on. It has always been a challenge for me to speak up since I was in school but I never understood why, and probably did not really needed to. Yet at work, I felt that this limited my learning, contribution and opportunity. I sought ways to improve on my own but it proved harder than I imagined. So when my colleague told me about her experience with Cindy, I decided that it was worth a shot.

​First session in, Cindy made me feel comfortable enough to share about myself. She was asking me questions that I had not thought of or was subconsciously avoiding. This process facilitated me to learnt more about my own motivations and fears. She was also firm in getting me to define my goals so it becomes less abstract. With clear objectives, it became easier to come up with potential solutions. Cindy was always there to guide, question and validate.

As the sessions progressed, I gained new perspectives and made headway towards my goal. 2 months of life coaching with Cindy has set me in the right direction. Her open-mindedness, desire to help and structured approach were fundamental to this. "​I’m just a regular 32- year-old who has a regular desk job thinking to myself for years now how much I want to lose some weight and get fit. I’ve probably had this goal every single day/month/year since I was 18. Years went on and I had not achieved my goal. I came to know one day that Cindy is now a life coach. I shared about my annual resolution to get fit  and how I doubted it would be achieved but wrote it down still. I was sceptical about how it could work. But what was the harm in trying? I had, after all, come to my wit’s end on several life issues, and in particular my lack of fitness. When your health is not in order, your entire life feels in disarray - I never felt I was functioning at my best. So, I started with her, committing to a 4-session journey in January that year. 

7 months on - it’s August - and I’ve exercised consistently, 1-3 times every week, for the past 7 months. I’ve lost weight, look better, feel better, think better. Most critically - fitness is now just a simple part of my weekly routine. It’s become a happy habit, and the struggle is gone. I would never have imagined that I could ever say I am finally fit when I turn 33! But the real achievement has been a total change in motivation, mindset, and thinking. 

I invite you to try life coaching - if you have a goal you’d like to achieve, or an obstacle or personal challenge you’ve been wanting to overcome for some time but no avail - I’d say give life coaching a shot. Doing it once has changed my mindset towards challenges completely and I have a much better approach to handling problems now.

Life-coaching has taught me the type of questions to ask myself in face of an issue. But if I ever faced any other issue, I’d turn to Cindy in a heartbeat. (I am in fact, thinking of going to her for some further sessions on a variety of different issues!)

I know it sounds too good to be true - like one of those ‘lame’ testimonies out of a dating expert’s website promising you’d know how to flirt and get the guy you like to date you after you buy the book. (I read so many of such books that didn't work!) But I was so convinced about my success with life coaching that I introduced my colleague to it, and she has now also started on her journey with Cindy! I’d definitely recommend you to give it a shot. It’s a small cost for a potentially great life-changing result. You have nothing to lose - and everything to gain!

"At the beginning of 2018, my two friends and I met up with Cindy, with the aim of keeping each other accountable for our personal spiritual journeys. Since then, we have been meeting up regularly to work towards the goals we set out for ourselves. During our meet ups, Cindy usually facilitates our discussions by prompting us with thought provoking questions and gives us ample time to self-reflect. In addition, she also gives us valuable suggestions and feedback which we all take into consideration for our own improvement.

I found that these sessions were conducted in a very relaxing manner and did not place any additional pressure on me to achieve my goal. Throughout the last 6 months of meeting Cindy, I can proudly say that I have seen much improvement in myself and am very thankful that she has been able to help me work towards my goal of keeping myself accountable in terms of my spiritual growth. I attended Cindy's coaching sessions to work on my personal spiritual growth together with two other of my friends. The sessions were very light-hearted and Cindy conducted the sessions by posing questions and discussion of my own goals without giving me a solution to it, prompting me to constantly self-reflect on things I would like to achieve and ways on how I could go about it. 

​As for Cindy, she is a very attentive listener who is genuine to share her real life experiences and to offer suggestions for consideration. Over the course of 6 months, I have noticed significant change in the way I lived my life in practical ways regarding my spiritual life as well as feeling that I had grown deeper in my self-reflection process. Overall, it was a very fruitful and pleasant experience which took place at a comfortable pace. Timings were generally very flexible as well. Would love to attend her sessions again if opportunity arises!

"If you are looking for someone to help you to find yourself internally, I think Cindy would be the best option. Few months back (late 2021) I was very unclear of my heart, and was stuck in my past. Then, I was looking to gain clarity and resolve my past issue. I met Cindy. Through the sessions she helped me to dig deeper into my heart and help me to surrender myself more to God (which was what I had wanted). She took the time to slowly open my broken heart and mend it through God’s power. She was also willing to go through the extra miles to help me to get better. I saw changes in my thought processes and understanding. I learn to forgive; learn to move forward and eventually I learn to let go."
