Many desire to have breakthroughs but often find it challenging to create them. This is because change is more a function of motivation than information. The barriers to a person's desired breakthroughs could be locked in the past or limiting mindsets towards the future. Partners who seek couple coaching may find this tool helpful too. Sometimes when one party verbalises a thought, that sharing influences the other. Other times, one party may wonder if the other person's thought is genuine or just parroting. In some circumstances, a more expressive partner may be occupying more air space than the other.
